On a low-budget...don"t mind doing flowers, invitations myself. I just need a place that I can have a reception. Possibly renting a hoouse on a lake or beach and throwing it on the beach!
Anyone know of any low-cost outdoor wedding venue in MA, ME, NH, CT, or RI?
I have been looking into the same. Renting a house on or near the beach can run 1500 and up and you have to do it for the whole week. then you need to rent a tent, chairs, talbes and get the food and all!
Cheapest thing I have found... have a ceremony in a park or beach (small permit fee) then rent a VFW hall or soemthing liek that. Not the prettiest place but very inexpensive. Then figure out food and decorations!
